Although the whole experience was lovely, the bed in our room was a little lumpy. Gorgeous and incredible location next to a family run Art gallery.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

En suite room and helpful communication with the staff.

My stay here was very very good. The hotel was pleasant, exceptionally clean, in a very comfortable area. The full English breakfast had many options, including fruit, cereals and eggs.

The staff - some of them were busy.

I loved every detail about my real good 5 nights stay here. The breakfast was hearty and generous, there were cereals, eggs and fruit.

Unbeatable location for visiting Windermere, it's just off shops and still beautiful gardens as well as Windermere train station.

The location was fab and the staff members were polite. The staff did all they can for a pleasant stay. Good sized beds and extremely pleasant room. Plenty of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel.

The property is spotlessly clean with a lovely design, and the full English breakfast is gorgeous. The location is peaceful, 2 km from a lake District hill.

We loved the courteous staff and the location was ideal. We had small double room with WiFi, a spa bath, as example. It was a really lovely time staying at this cosy hotel.

Location was perfect down towards the lakes, staff were brilliant, everything was fairly clean throughout.

Good value for price, it was amazing stay. Staff and location were lovely and I especially loved that the place was neat. Magnificent view of canal. It was well soundproofed, the bed was big. Restaurant in hotel was modest and the pool area was great👌

Wi-Fi was very poor.

It had savoury breakfast and excellent service. The location was picturesque for restaurants and bars, and lovely restaurants. Amazing rocky beach, that was what we really enjoyed. The pool of the hotel was good.

The stay was absolutely just perfect. Wonderful place, absolutely amazing staff, breathtaking views. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. They had an easy check-in too. The restaurant was ASTONISHING and clean.

everything is great, particularly amenities and location. helpful owner running the hotel. adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. and furthermore, there was queen's park only 500 metres of the venue.

Very clean and superior hotel, very good breakfast. We booked a superior single room with a comfortable bed. A cool bonus was nearby Courtyard Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.

Thank you for a great stay. The location was so close to a bus stop giving access to many Windermere attractions. Every member of the staff was friendly!

Such tourist sites as high street were so close to the venue. Perfect for city trip. We enjoyed staying at coppice...
